Our vision is simple: to revolutionize how legal services are provided by being better people. We sympathize with people who have had poor experiences with lawyers in the past. We sympathize with people who fear they cannot afford a lawyer. We sympathize with people who believe that the lawyers have magic wands. No system can create what humans refuse to act upon. We understand economics, a little science and practical psychology.
What we do is much less important than who we are. Let's be FRANK: if we aren't a happy, healthy, sustainable law firm-we won't produce these qualities in clients. Our experiences and ideas as people are just as important to the lawyering as passing law school. We can do better and there is always more experience to learn and grow from.
